Onam Celebration 2019

At Velammal West, Onam festival was celebrated with great josh and fervour. Children were made to dress up in their traditional attire. Mr.Shaji, a Film actor and writer presided over the function and addressed the students gathering. Students and teachers indulged themselves in dancing, singing, pookolam and Kaikottukali. Significance of Onam was discussed which was reminded each one to cultivate selfless devotion, a charitable nature, self-sacrifice, self-surrender and other such values.
