Velammal Triumphs in Throwball

The Throwball Girls team (U-17) of Velammal Main School, Mogappair campus won trophy and the gold medal in the 61^st  Republic Day Games – 2018 at Little Flower School, Karur held recently.  The team emerged victorious among 15 teams, defeating A.V.S High School in the finals with a score of 15-11, 15-8. The team has bagged gold medal for 3 consecutive years.
